  • Discover how Montessori aligns with current neuroscience research and why it remains the most brain-compatible approach to education today.  (Specific content is adapted to the audience.)

    • Parents will gain confidence in their choice of Montessori and learn how to explain Montessori to family and friends

    • Assistants will learn how to better support independence: “Help me do it myself.”

    • Guides will refine their understanding of authentic Montessori practices and identify small, high-impact changes they can make.

  • Experience the Montessori difference in teaching math—concrete, joyful, and deeply effective. Specific content is adapted to the audience and is well-suited for all.

    • Parents will wonder why math isn’t taught this way everywhere.

    • Assistants will better understand how to support children’s mathematical thinking without abstract shortcuts.

    • Guides will deepen their trust in Montessori’s step-by-step path to abstraction.

  • Explore how Montessori philosophy—supported by current research in education and child development—helps create environments where children thrive. Content is best suited to those working with second- and third-plane children, but is adaptable for Early Childhood educators. Staff will clarify what normalization is (and isn’t) across different planes of development and will gain practical strategies to support normalization at any level.

  • Help staff move beyond repetitive redirection by learning neuroscience-informed strategies that really work. Content is best suited to those working with second- and third-plane children, but is adaptable for Early Childhood educators.

    • Staff will examine why some redirections fail and how to position children to make better choices in the future..

    • All attendees will leave with shared language and principles that lead to more consistent and effective guidance.

  • Mastering math facts doesn’t have to feel like a chore! Learn how to make this essential work joyful and effective. Content is ideal for Lower and Upper Elementary classrooms, and relevant for work with 5–6-year-olds.

    • Guides will discover small ways to enhance existing lessons for better fluency faster.

    • Guides, assistants, and volunteers will learn games and strategies to support practice.

  • Visualization builds stronger readers, writers, and thinkers. This hands-on session shows how to help children build this vital skill through fun-filled activities that need little preparation.  Content is applicable for Early Childhood and Elementary guides, assistants, and volunteers.

  • Revisit essential Montessori strands like long division, fractions, or pre-algebra. Reconnect with materials and their key isolated difficulties. Content is perfect for trained Montessori guides seeking to sharpen delivery and restore confidence.

  • If you don’t see what you need here, just ask. Custom workshops can be created for your school or TEP.
